His past roles include three years as Senior Vice President at WFX Logistics, where he led operational improvements and streamlined logistics processes. Prior to that, he owned and operated his own logistics and transportation company, demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit and operational expertise. Shane spent 15 years in freight forwarding managing supply chain solutions for customers’s warehouses and transportation globally.

His leadership and innovative approach continue to be key drivers in enhancing Source’s freight operations and service excellence.
